PA Link Statewide Monthly Webinars

The next PA Link Webinar will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 9:00a.m. This month’s webinar will be presented by Denise Pickup, Director PA Department of Revenue, Bureau of Enforcement and Taxpayer Assistance.

Starting FY 2021/22 and moving forward, you will access the monthly recurring PA Link Monthly Webinar sessions under a different Webex platform. The new platform offers automatic closed captioning.

2. Enter your name and email address

3. Session number: 161 827 9580 (if requested)

4. Session password: link (if requested)

5. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.

6. When joining the audio portion of the webinar, it is optimal to use your computer’s internal audio/mic or a USB peripheral connection (plug-in mic/headset, etc.). If this is not an option, and you need to join audio using a telephone connection, please select the onscreen Call Me option. Enter your telephone number, click the Connect Audio button, and Webex will call you.

NOTE: If you have the current PA Link Webinar series entered/saved to your calendar, sometime before the July 14, 2021 webinar, please complete the following steps to prevent incorrect access to future monthly webinars in this series:

1. REMOVE OLD CALENDAR ENTRY/SERIES: Follow the steps outlined in the screenshot below to remove (delete/decline) the old webinar recurring series entry from your calendar. When deleting/declining the old calendar entry, be sure to select the entire series and not just a single occurrence.

   • It is essential that you complete step #1 before advancing to step #2.

1. ADD NEW CALENDAR ENTRY/SERIES: Click the link provided in step #1 above to launch the Webex page that contains the new webinar recurring series information.

o To add the new webinar recurring series entry to your calendar, click the Add to my calendar icon (example below) located on the right side of the web page.
